Local Support of the Arts Organizations. The Mesquite Arts Council is distinctive due to the resident art organizations that receive operational grants from the Arts Council and use the Mesquite Arts Center as their base of operations and performances. Arts Council staff started providing more promotional support for the Mesquite Symphony Orchestra, the Mesquite Community Band, and the Mesquite Arts Theatre. The Arts Council hired and assigned interns to each organization to provide graphic design and content for each organizations performance season. Then the Arts Council staff produce online multi-platform content and ads for all the arts organizations. Approximate No. of Participants 15,630.
