Falls Prevention Program: Methow at Home is a leader in community wide Fall Prevention Campaign for the Methow Valley, collaborating with multiple local agencies in a coordinated effort to offer falls risk and prevention education, reduce/prevent new falls, and seek a more thorough follow up for people once they have had an injurious fall.
