Metro milwaukee shrm is milwaukee's leading professional association for members of the human resource management profession. As one of the largest local affiliate chapters of the society for human resource management, metro milwaukee shrm is dedicated to advancing the human resource profession and serving its more than 650 members by providing them with a variety of opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and networking.

Metro milwaukee shrm supports a national foundation for hr professionals, supports its state council, maintains two student chapters, and did several other outreach programs with the profession and the community.
