Multifamily nw is committed to promoting a high degree of professionalism for rental housing providers. We sponsor educational courses, deliver the most comprehensive reviewed set of forms in the state, and advocate to local and state governments on behalf of the industry to ensure our members the best operating environment possible.

Trade show - provide awareness of services available to the multifamily housing industry and provide education on the latest developments in the industry (spectrum and maintenance fair).
Ace awards - recognize those contributing to the industry in a positive manner and raise positive awareness of what the industry provides to the community.
Lunch seminars - educate persons on a monthly basis on changes and opportunities available in the industry.
Charity golf tournament - golf tournaments benefiting three housing charities in the portland metro area and one in the southern willamette valley.
