Scholarship: by awarding scholarships for local high school students the foundation strives to encourage young people to consider a career in the homebuilding industry.

Workforce: our goal is to develop a critically needed future workforce for the residential building industry by getting to people to work in living wage jobs now, planning for the future by investing in the youth in our community, and advancing equity and diversity in the construction industry.
