Develop beneficial relationships between property community partners tenants to benefit those experiencing a housing crisis

Metro Housing Collective engaged 839 households across all services. Since inception (April 2021), MHC has recruited and maintained 195 Property Partners - 33 enrolled in 2024 - a 20.37% increase due to recruiting efforts. Padmission has 365 properties, of which 126 units are available vacancies secured to be filled by the unhoused community 75 community partners, including 367 CMs utilitizing Padmission 59 rental incentives secured for high barrier clients, 19 requests for mitigatio funding, Housing navigation served 433 high barrier clients through housing search assistance. MHCs Shared Housing Initiative received 168 referrals in 2024, resulting in 29 matches, 5 individuals secured housing, & 4 active matches in progress.
Housing Stability Case Management The Housing Stability team has engages and served 129 households. 52 are currently enrolled in services and 77 have exited the program. 38.36% of households have increased or sustained their income. Exit surveys were conducted which indicate the program has had a high level of positive impact in the lives of those being served. 78% received services for 4-6 months, 11% didnt provide a response for time duration.
