Wia/wioa title i dislocated worker. This program funds services to individuals who have lost their jobs and are unemployed or under employed. The services are essentially the same as provided in the adult program listed above.
Wia/wioa youth. This program provides support services to youth aged 16-24, who are economically disadvantaged, have dropped out of school or are in danger of dropping out. The elements of this program include counseling, referral to jobs, paying for training and support services, and case management for follow up and support.
