Mwul partners with local community stakeholders to assist with the implementation of programs that provide emergency housing assistance to renters experiencing financial hardship and first time homeownership workshops and counseling.

The building people power campaign promotes research, writing and editing by a team of faculty scholars, community leaders and practitioners to shed light on the current conditions in delaware's communities of color in the areas of housing, education, health, criminal justice and employment and provide data driven recommendations for our policy makers and elected officials with the goal of eradicating racial and ethnic disparities through collective advocacy and action.
