Equipment, music and student expenses: purchase and maintain/repair musical instruments and equipment for the instrumental music department. Purchase clothing and uniforms for the department. Pay for student recognition and awards banquet expenses. Purchase music arrangement and pay for commissioned music pieces, drill charting and copyright clearance. Pay for student leadership programs and student scholarships.

Administrative expenses: pay for program general and adminstative expenses including office supplies, website, insurance, bank and credit card merchant fees.
