To produce festivals that bring cultural programming to the communities these events are located in. In addition, attracts national and regional visitors to these communities. These festivities also serve as a platform for other organizations to use as fundraising opportunities such as the local rotary club, Lion's Club, Girl Scouts, local schools and churches.
