Miami Workers Center builds power alongside working-class tenants, workers, women, and families in Miami-Dade County. Through leadership development and grassroots campaigns, we seek to transform our workplaces and neighborhoods to win the respect, rights, and resources we all deserve.

Housing & Climate- Organizing alongside directly impacted tenants and residents through local campaigns, and demand strong policies that protect renters and homeowners, while working to shift the national debate on housing.

Racial & Gender Justice- Shifting power into people impacted by Gender oppression and are denied self-determination over their bodies and denied access to healthcare and methods of healing from gender-based violence . Build movements which center the experiences, realities and leadership of those most impacted by social injustice - low-income Black and Brown women and femmes.
