Youth leadership south bend/mishawaka is a dynamic and intensive student leadership program which offers an exciting opportunity for participants to learn more about themselves as well as their own community. Our mission is to develop the capacity and commitment of people to recognize, understand, and respond to their community's trusteeship needs-through civic education, skill building, and service.

The emerging leaders program is a program to develop young employees' capacity and potential for future leadership successes. The series will equip young professionals with foundational leadership skills and tools to achieve positive interactions in the workplace and in the community. Participants will learn self-awareness, collaboration and teamwork, workplace decorum, critical thinking and problem solving, and community involvement and service. The program series is five half-day sessions over a five week period.

Other program services involve hosting special events, such as commencement, for program participants.
