Specialty crop block grant the michigan ag council utilized funds from a specialty crop block grant from the usda to bring streaming ads and sponsored content articles into the homes of more than 1.7 million consumers. These ads featured michigan farmers and products grown in the state. More than 28 percent of the ag council's reach was through the streaming ads and content articles.

Michigan grown, michigan great ambassador program in 2024, the michigan ag council worked with five collegiate ambassadors to promote michigan grown, michigan great. Our ambassadors assisted with farmers market outreach, events, and social media content creation. With the content they created, we were able to reach nearly 125,000 consumers through our social media platforms.
