Continuous improvement of public education, research on public school and educational issues, protection and advancement of the professional interests of administrators of public education.
Programs

Work with strategic partners, such as the michigan department of education, to provide professional development opportunities to support all educators in the state of michigan.
Horizon leadership academies provides both current district superintendents and those aspiring to become superintendents with year-long professional learning to strengthen leadership skills and strategies. Program completion earns a michigan dept of education approved central office enhancement or endorsement.
The school advance administrator evaluation system trains school boards, superintendents, and key district administrators in state approved evaluation tools.
