The mission of the women's aviation career symposiumto is to be the leader in advancing our industry by promoting local companies, jobs, resources, and schools in michigan and surrounding great lakes states. This professional conference is for women only, from high school juniors to retirees, to explore and learn about the many careers in aviation. The wacs has awarded $162,000 to 70 women since 2018 to go towards aviation education and professional development.
