Mea holds roundtables, seminars, briefings and other educational events to enable management to more effectively manage the employer-employee aspect of their business. Mea also provides publications to keep employers up-to- date on human resource and management issues.

Surveys and publications: provide surveys and reports regarding salaries, wages, benefits, laws, and regulations which assist in the fair and equitable treatment of employees.
