To advance and sustain quality healthcare in support of middle park health and our rural mountain communities through donations, volunteerism, scholarships, and other philanthropic means.

Mpmf raises the funds for scholarships to three different categories of people in the surrounding area that are wishing to start or further their medical education. On average we give out 15-20 scholarships a year with 16 scholarships awarded in 2024.
Other donations went to rural futures group to support their mission. The cliffview assisted living home received support for their resident activities fund. The behavioral health navigator for middle park health and the secret santa community event in grant lake, co were also donation recipients. Middle park health is located in grand county home to just over 15,000 people.
