The purpose of the corporation is organized is pursuant to section 501(c)(2) internal revenue code, for the exclusive purpose of holding title to property, collecting income therefrom and turning over the entire amount thereof, less expenses, to midland county hospital district which is under section 501(c)(3) internal revenue code.
