Diabetes care foundation formerly diabetes education center of the midlands is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of diabetic individuals and their families, in nebraska and western iowa, by empowering them through health education to take charge of their lives. Dia-tec cloud is a cloud based technology offered to diabetic individuals. This device measures glucose levels and stores them on the cloud so they can be accessed and shared with doctors and family. The dia-tec cloud also offers online modules designed to empower diabetics with tools and self-management education to improve self-care behaviors as well as provide a support network to help reinforce these positive behavior changes. This is the last year for this program.
