Iris program serves people with disabilities by partnering with them to help plan and direct long-term care support and services to live independent and productive lives within their community. Our services are consumer directed.

Milc staff provide resources to persons with disabilities current, changing or newly emerging needs in support of their individual independent living goals. Milc is invested in providing opportunities to empower and educate persons with disabilites to make informed choices, to help them learn and self advocate and inform the local, state and national community about issues of concern or need.

Representative payee program provides financial management services for individuals who have been identified by social security administration as being unable to manage their disability benefits.
