The quartet brought live music to rural communities across northeastern wisconsin, broadening access to the arts. The three programs offered by the griffon string quartet include youth (einstein), senior health and wellness (b double sharp), and community-embedded events (open music up!). With over 90 collaborations, the griffon works closely with nursing homes, brain centers, memory cafes, hospitals, spark!, adrc, libraries, clubs, schools (both public and private), homeschools, preschools, and community center instructional institutes.in 2023, a digital release featuring the members of the griffon string quartet and singer-songwriter eric lewis was launched. Proceeds from its sales are reinvested into the program to support additional outreach performances and educational initiatives.
