Organized a safety seminar with 8 presenters and 72 attendees, a joint environmental meeting with the wi department of natural resources and wi cheese makers association with 12 presenters and 73 attendees, a sanitation seminar with 10 presenters and 97 attendees, a two-day osha 10-hour trainings with 33 attendees, and an allergens seminar with 8 presenters and 26 attendees.

Lobbied in wisconsin and minnesota by working with lawmakers and agency officials on a range of issues including environmental, energy, food safety, health, labor, raw product, transportation, and tort reform. Communicated industry concerns to officials via phone and virtual means, direct meetings, public hearings, email, letters, and position papers. Worked on over 20 bills, 6 regulations, and numerous issues that were not assigned a bill or administrative rule number.
