Additionally, to develop and manage real estate, such as housing, for low income and disabled individuals in an integrated manner with other members of society by 1) providing housing that meets the special physical, social and psychological needs of low income and disabled individuals, and 2) promoting access to support services that enable low income and disabled individuals to function as independent members of society.
