The MIBF endeavors to fill a critical gap by establishing a revolving fund that can be used to post a monetary bond for individuals held in the custody of Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) with ties to Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Wisconsin who cannot afford to pay the bonds that were set.
