To provide grants to not-for-profit institutions who provide orthodox jewish religious education to people of all ages; and to provide grants for jewish religious sabbath/holidays and religious life-cycle events to individuals and families as well as institutions that assist such individuals and families, and other not-for-profit institutions, who are suffering or facing financial hardship, instability and/or crises and are in need of food, clothing and financial aid to be able to practice their religion with respect and dignity.
