Mightycause charitable foundation partnered with over 80 community foundations and charitable organizations, including givemn, the miami foundation, park city community foundation, and the georgia center for nonprofits, to organize and facilitate community giving events. These events assisted with high-volume fundraising by providing cost-efficient digital platforms to participating nonprofits. During these events, donors made advised contributions to the foundation's donor advised fund in support of qualified nonprofit organizations highlighted by the respective community foundations. The foundation's online nonprofit database provided potential donors with information about participating charities, enabling donors to select organizations that aligned with their philanthropic goals. Real-time leaderboards tracked organizations receiving the most donor-advised grants by amount and by number of donors, creating engaging, competitive environments that stimulated charitable giving. In 2024, partnering foundations and community groups provided over 65 million in matching grants to nonprofits receiving donor-advised grants during the events, serving as key incentives for participation. These giving events also advanced the foundation's educational mission by providing training and resources to participating nonprofits on online fundraising, social media engagement, and methods to expand their networks of donors and volunteers. The initiatives undertaken by the foundation beginning in 2011 continued to expand and proved instrumental in building organizational capacity and supporting the growth of digital philanthropy.

Philanthropic educational initiatives: the foundation educated the public about online giving and supported the growth of digital philanthropy through various initiatives managed by the foundation's board of directors via a fund created in 2012. The foundation provided educational training to nonprofits participating in giving events, encouraging innovative approaches to online fundraising and organizational capacity building. The foundation published educational content through its website and blog at mightycausefoundation.org, featuring best practices, case studies, and resources for nonprofits and donors. This content, made possible through the generous support of mightycause corporation, engaged the charitable sector with innovative and effective methods for fostering the democratization of philanthropy through modern digital tools and platforms. Expenses allocated to philanthropic educational activities included nonprofit training, educational program service expenses, and an estimated portion of legal program service expenses related to donor advised fund operations and educational research.
