To debunk myths and misperceptions about the skilled trades and close the skills gap.

In 2024, 32 high schools and 23 colleges in 18+ states implemented the work ethic curriculum, a modular 12-hour, 12-lesson course. By the end of the year, we issued 2,495 certifications, with a total of more than 6,700+ certifications since we developed the curriculum in 2019.

The foundation continually expands and maintains its website which serves as the marketing and communication vehicle for the foundation and is critical in not only bringing attention to the skills gap problem but also in continuing its fundraising efforts.
