The purpose of the foundation is to receive and hold charitable funds and distribute the income for charitable purposes to organizations serving individuals and families in the midcoast maine region. The mission is to strenghten community organizations and services that will improve the quality of life, economic viability and sustainability of the communities and not for profit organizations that serve that mission in the midcoast region.
