Military Spouse Kickball Association Inc

The corporation has been formed exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code (the "code"). In particular, the corporation activities include (but are not limited to) the following: promoting and fostering a sense of community for persons married to members of the u.s. Armed forces through the formation of kickball leagues located on military installations around the country; promoting physical and mental health for those spouses by creating a comfortable outlet for them to exercise and socialize with each other; and otherwise helping them become thriving members of their families, communities, and society in whole. The corporation and its members will also volunteer and help fund other qualified charitable organizations, with a focus on charities that support current members and veterans of the u.s. Armed forces.
