The corporation is organized and to be operated exclusively for the charitable purposes as defined in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under the internal revenue code. In furtherance of these exempt purposes, the primary focus of the corporation is to provide food and housing for united states military veterans and families of united states military veterans in need.
