Volunteerism and membership - milwaukee domes alliance volunteers are involved with all aspects of programming and operations of the mitchell park domes: staffing the education center, serving as school field trip aides, coordinating and staffing special events, and providing gardening support. Milwaukee domes alliance has more than 5,000 volunteers and members who contribute 3,000+ hours of service annually.

Gift shop - the domes gift shop enhances the experience and offers a wide selection of educational materials, gifts, books, plants, and souvenir items that are related to its exhibitions and programs. The gift shop also provides support to the local economy through sourcing artistic and educational gift items created by milwaukee area businesses and artists.
