To establish a perpetual trust fund to assist in the support of charitable purposes in the minden/gardnerville and douglas county areaof nevada customarily supported by the minden rotary club and to encourage avenues of financial support to rotary sponsored projects and other charitable purposes pertaining to rotary clubs and their affiliated activities by the distribution of its funds for such purposes , all within the perview of section 501(c)(3)of the internal revenue of 1954 as it may be amended from time to time.
