Mission

We exist to enhance, train, and align minds of young leaders to shape theiremotional intelligence. We are the first of its kind after school programand high school elective in the City of Chicago to offer a 10 week, 92-hourcurriculum in under-resourced schools and communities. We utilize aninnovative, interactive and project-based course load teaching youngleaders 23 core principles which provide them invaluable life skills.
