The purpose of the organization is to provide an educational forum for new and rising executives and founders in the technology and business community. Its mission is to help ceos from the most promising technology and life sciences growth companies in the greater washington metropolitan region build long-term, sustainable companies by creating opportunities and a sense of community and fostering teamwork in a collegial environment. Additionally, as ceos complete the mindshare program, the organization provides opportunities for graduating alumni to maintain and enhance relationships formed and expand relationships throughout the network of mindshare alumni.
