Minneapolis-Ibaraki City Cultural Association

MISCA promotes cultural and citizen exchanges between the cities of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Ibaraki City, Japan. Among these are youth sports exchanges, language study groups, art exchanges between each cities schools, Haiku poetry contests, hosting of city officials from Ibaraki and programs to educate citizens of Minneapolis about the its Sister City, Ibaraki, Japan.
