To promote community health and wellness by raising funds for Minneola Healthcare which is comprised of 4 community clinics, 1 hospital and 1 long-term care facility, the community wellness center and other health related causes in the Minneola community and the surrounding rural area it serves.

The Foundation provides support to Minneola Healthcare in the form of equipment/supply purchases and providing scholarships to local residents to become licensed in a medical field and use their services to help with the shortage of medical staff in the rural hospital. The foundation also helps healthcare professionals receive additional training in various positions in the rural setting.
The Foundation helped establish a community clinic to provide outreach services and to retain medical providers in order to provide vital services for the rural area.
