Mission
To train and certify Humane Agents to work with law enforcement to investigate complaints of animal abuse, cruelty, and neglect as well as enforce Minnesota Animal Welfare laws throughout Minnesota. To educate the public on the proper care of all animals and legislate new animal welfare laws.

Outreach: Constantly updating our website to provide resources to the general public as well as law enforcement on Minnesota's Animal Welfare statutes and the care of animals. Outreach via social media outlets, constantly updating the resource list of law enforcement contacts and animal rescue organizations. Educating law enforcement on the animal welfare laws and helping build cases.
Training and Education: Appoint new and re-appoint State Humane Agents. Provide online training workshops.
