Parent programs: parent navigator, provided peer-support to families through april 1, 2023. Parent connect programs included peer-support to hospitalized nicu parents through on-site monthly parent coffees, activities, and small gifts.

Staff support: shari branch, owner of just a minute massage, provided on- site massages to staff at maple grove hospital. Additional weekly hand massage services were started in early december.

Nicu family reunion: hosted at parker's lake park in plymouth, nearly 400 family and staff gathered to celebrate the nicu graduates.
