Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, or scientific purposes as specified in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of a future federal tax code. This corporation shall not be operated for profit, but rather shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes. The specific purpose of organization is educational: to provide psychoanalytically informed educational and charitable resources to the community. This includes but is not limited to: 1.) providing psychoanalytically oriented training programs and educational resources to clinicians so they may expand and deepen their professional skills; 2.) instructing and training the public through forums, panels, discussion groups, and other similar activities for the purpose of training future psychoanalysts and psychoanalytic psychotherapists, and improving and developing community members capabilities; 3.) operating an academic- community partnership education
