Mission
Mrwa provides professional on-site technical assistance and training to water and waste water system personnel in managerial, financial, operation and maintenance, source water and wellhead protection issues.
Programs

Source water protection - mrwa's source water protection programs specialists help with the creation of a local team and work the step program, which has been designated to simplify the development of local water programs. Mrwa staff are available to provide information and training of councils, boards, utility commissions, other community leaders and source water protection team members. Mrwa provided 305 on-site visits to water utilities, spent 420 hours working with state agencies and cities and over 1,724 hours helping utilities develop source water protection plans.
