Public Policy and Advocacy: As a membership asssociation of over 3,500 health and human service professionals, MSSA's public policy strengths include a large and diverse membership, with subject matter expertise across the field, geographical diversity that covers all legislative districts, members from the public, private, and non-profit sectors that enable us to view health and human service programs from all angles.
Member Services: MSSA's goal is to ensure our member professionals are exceptional. To do that, MSSA provides their membership of over 3,500 health and human services professionals with the connection and support they need to be the best in the health and human services field. This includes an awards program (both regional and statewide), a scholarship program, an online career center, and various communications - from weekly emails to newsletters to social media.
