MANRRSs mission is to promote academic and professional advancement by empowering minorities in agriculture, natural resources, and related sciences.

MANRRS plans, organizes, and executes annual conferences on a regional and national level to educate, promote, and train their membership in various aspects of the agricultural and science industry. The conferences allow members to network with follow members as well as interface with leaders within the industry.
