MANRRS plans, organizes, and executes annual conferences on a regional and national level to educate, promote, and train their membership in various aspects of the agricultural and science industry. The conferences allow members to network with follow members as well as interface with leaders within the industry.

MANRRS manages a robust internship program that allow students and other members the opportunities to gain real-world experience within the agricultural and science fields. The organization also provides scholarships and other awards that student members can utilize to further their academic careers at the university/college level.
