Miraglo foundation has seven specific purposes: (1) to conduct research and/or support research about alternative healing techniques and global healing traditions;(2) to provide education about and increase awareness of alternative healing techniques and global healing traditions; (3) to make grants to medical personnel(including both conventional and alternative practices) to assist in serving under-served communities, both nationally and internationally; (4) to make grants in support of medical services and facilities (including both conventional and alternative practices) in under-served communities, both nationally and internationally; (5) to award scholarships and grants to and/or for educational programs, schools and individuals in under-served communities, both nationally and internationally; (6) to make qualifying distributions and expenditures directly for the active conduct of and/or for the support of activies constituting the purposes for which this corporation is organized

$60,000 was donated to sri sakthi amma health care trust in india for the college of nursing student scholarships.$37,500 was donated to the academy of integrative health & medicine (aihm) to sponsor a virual annual conference. Aihm is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. The aihm fellowship program is a 1000-hour hybrid learning model utilizing a virtual classroom with media-rich training, discussion groups, streamed videos and an interactive web-based curriculum, in additon to an in person clinical rotation. The students enrolled are medical doctors, osteopathic doctors, chiropractic doctors, advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, licensed acupuncturists, dentists and pharmacists. The formation of the aihm was the response to a call to action for change to transform the way we think about health and healthcare in the usa and abroad. Educating healthcare professionals in prevention and holistic approaches to healing will continue this paradigm shifting work in integrative medicine. Miraglo foundation, is the founding president of aihm and currently serves on the board of directors. $7,500 of this fund was paid to pay membership fees for ipec and www.aihm.org$30,000 was donated to sri narayani hospital in india for their cancer center radiation equipment.$100,000 was donated to the sri narayani hospital education program for staff and administration.

$198,670 was paid to guarneri integrative health inc.(gih) from rancho santa fe foundation (the taylor endowment fund) to support dr. Mimi guarneri's work at pacific pearl of la jolla, in the field of integrative medicine and education and research, nationally and intenationally. The center is a hub for healthcare students, fourth year medical students, physician assistant students as well as for medical rotations for fellow of the academy of integrative medicine (aihm). Guarneri integrative health inc. Is 100% owned by erminia guarneri md, treasurer of miraglo foundation. Dr. Guarneri provides, without outside compensation, a long list of services to organizations throughout california and abroad, including a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the academy of integrative health and medicine (aihm), which dr. Guarneri founded and is the president. This organization focus is on education of healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses and other providers. Dr. Guarneri oversees and participates in aihm conference planning and executive and leadership committees, participates in aihm board meetings and board calls, raises funds for aihm for strategic projects, conducts interviews, outreach and marketing needed for aihm, represents aihm at conferences and meetings, represents aihm at aboim meetings, and participates in aihm fellowship programs as faculty, training two clinicians three days per week who are seeking integrative medicine fellowship certification and knowledge of clinical practice. These include but are not limited to: creation of educational products for healthcare providers and health seekers, as well as research and development in this new field of health and healing. Dr. Guarneri provides the global integrative medicine and charity services outreach in the usa and other countries. She works as a preceptor for fourth year medical student rotations.guarneri integrative health inc.
