We have a transit fund that can give bus passes to help people get to doctors appointments, welfare offices, etc. and to get to new jobs before they get their first paychecks. We have donors who donate specifically for this ministry but we only gave out 13 bus passes last year,and none in 2024 so no new money was solicited but there is a fund balance and inventory.

WE formerly operated a volunteer tutoring program that had no dirct cash costs. It was stopped after the pandemic changed the way schools operated.

We only have the two areas above. The biggest part of what we do is distribute food and personal care items to folks in Mishawaka who need help. Every one who works here is a volunteer. We do not pay anyone for their service. No clients pay for any of the food we give them.
