Mission

Educating and meeting basic needs of poor children in Zone 18 of Guatemala City, which is considered the poorest area in Guatemala City, in partnership with and by supporting and supervising the projects of Asociacion Misioneros Caminando por la Paz, a Guatemalan Catholic non-profit associated with the Catholic Worker Movement, Through this partnership, we provide tutoring and meals for poor children and pay or help pay their school expenses. The center also provides food and other basic services to the poor in the community, recreational opportunities, and Catholic religious training and services.
