Mindfulness coaching: mindfulness coaching is one-on-one or small group mindfulness sessions, provided by schools, community programs, grant funding, or parents, with a specific focus such as coping with grief following a tragedy or the improved well-being of at-risk or incarcerated youth.

Online trainings: mindfulness training for educators and community leaders in the form of once-weekly live online training sessions for 6 weeks that are open to the public for registration. Attendees are also given access to 12 weeks of recorded training sessions.
