Mission Four18 exists to help spread the gospel message through assistance in education, medical, and construction activities throughout Clarendon Parish of Jamaica. Much of this is accomplished through the assistance of American teams who travel to Jamaica on missions trips.

Over $25,000 was spent in relief of Hurrican Beryl. This included providing cooked meals and water immediately after the storm hit and the provision of groceries to affected families. Additionally, repairs and rebuilding was done for house damaged or destroyed.
Charitable work was done throughout Clarendon by Mission Four18 volunteers in the form of home construction/repair, school construction projects, food distribution, Bible distribution, and other community development initiatives.
