Our mission is to improve the lives of people affected by homelessness by providing emergency shelter and housing services, counseling, rehabilitation and crisis assistance.

**Transitional Living Program: Operated a 9-bed transitional living home for chronically homeless men, offering peer-supported housing, wraparound case management **Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) Program: Provided housing support and stabilization services to 32 individuals, helping them move into and maintain safe, stable housing. **Street Outreach & Day Center Services: Served unsheltered individuals through outreach and day center services, offering showers, laundry, meals, and access to shelter and recovery support.

**Recovery Support & Peer Services: Offered recovery navigation and peer support to individuals with substance use disorder helping them access long-term recovery pathways **Community Engagement & Crisis Response: Responded to community crises, including natural disasters, by distributing food, clothing, and hygiene supplies during emergencies.
