Mississippi association of community colleges conference maccc. One of the athletic/student affiliated program successes includes the 4th annual mississippi association of community colleges conference (maccc) athletic conference, which was held in june of 2025 at east ms community college near starkville, ms. The conference is designed to provide professional development for maccc personnel, including athletic directors, head and assistant coaches, sports information staff, and sports performance staff, including athletic trainers and strength coaches.

The macc supports the macc trustees association through coordinating and funding the annual trustees conference, which was held on june 9-11, 2025 in biloxi, ms. At this conference, 5-10-15-20, etc. Years of service are recognized and trustees are presented plaques. The conference provides education, leadership, legal and legislative updates in addition to providing awards for service. There are approximately 280 local trustee members representing the governing boards of the fifteen public community college districts. Board membership ranges from 5 to 30 members.
