Mdsc, doing business as the arc western montana, provides people with developmental disabilities and their families with the skills, tools, and supports that foster self-determination and inclusion, so they thrive as integrated members in their communities.

Room and board: individuals receiving community home services live in mdsc group homes located throughout missoula. Individuals pay a monthly room and board fee to pay for food, supplies, utilities and repairs and maintenance of the homes.
Behavioral support and nursing services: the corporation provides behavioral analysis support and nursing services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.other support services: mdsc receives one-time grants from various community, state or federal levels to provide goods or services to meet the special needs of individuals served.
